Clark is one of a select few Chartered
Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and Certified Financial
Planner® (CFP) with over twenty years of seasoning in investment
management and wealth management strategies. As a founder of
Kendall Capital Management, Inc., Clark is focused on providing
intelligent, independent, financial direction to high-net-worth
individuals and institutions. In 2007, Clark was the recipient
of the Accredited Estate Planner (AEP) designation from the
Montgomery County Estate Planning Council for his many and outstanding
years of service in the wealth management industry. Clark’s
previous experience includes acting as the Chief Investment
Officer at Potomac Asset Management from 1999 to 2004. Before
joining Potomac Asset Management, Clark served as a Vice President,
member of the Investment Committee and portfolio manager for
Pell Rudman Trust Company—an international investment
firm. Clark previously served as a global private banker at
the Royal Bank of Canada. From 1990 to 1996, Clark was Senior
Investment Officer and member of the Bank Investment Committee
and Trust Investment Committee at Sandy Spring Bank of Maryland.
Clark is a former equity seat holder on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), an active member of the Washington Society of Chartered Financial Analysts and the trustee and treasury for the Sandy Spring Museum. Clark is a current member and Past President of the Olney Lions; current active member and past board member of the Montgomery County Estate Planning Council; currently a Boys Scout leader and basketball coach for the Olney Boys and Girls Club; former Treasurer and Director of the Manna Food Bank of Rockville, Maryland; and a former director of the Downtown Jaycees of Washington, DC. Clark is a graduate of James Madison University and holds a BBA in Finance and Economics.
